These days it’s all about mental health, wellbeing, and self-care. At least it seems that way to me. Maybe it’s because I’ve been focused on wellbeing ever since I became a parent coach and started writing about wellbeing for magazines. But more and more in the media and on social media, I see messages about wellbeing.
